Gujarat Petroleum, Chemicals and Petrochemicals Special Investment Regional Development Authority having area of 453 sq.km. is a statutory Regional Development Authority with 33 villages of Taluka Vagra and 11 villages of Taluka Bharuch constitutes under the provisions of Gujarat Special Investment Region Act, 2009 of the Govt. of Gujarat and is in the business of development of GPCP Special Investment Region by carrying out the surveys of preparation of Development Plan, preparation of Town Planning Schemes under the provisions of Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 providing civic amenities, roads and social infrastructure and to control the activities in accordance with the Development Plan/ Town Planning Schemes and to bring aesthetic efficiency and economy in the process of development of RDA area.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in RRB CWE conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview.

Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call candidates -- three times the number of vacancies -- short-listed on the basis of their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). The total marks for Interview will be 30.

Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank. Appointment will also be subject to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Bank.

IAS Preliminary 2014 : Tips & Strategy

Recently Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) had released its calendar of examination for 2014. The Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam will be held on 24-08-2014. The Civil Services Preliminary Exam is a filtering exam which filters a large number of the candidate from appearing in the exam. The candidate should start the preparation as there is never early for the IAS Prelims. UPSC has changed its syllabus in 2011 and introduced Civil Services Aptitude Test at the preliminary stage.

The following are the important points which need the candidate’s attention:

• Comprehension: While practicing comprehension students should keep in mind that they should select passages from different areas like Science, Philosophy, Economics, Art and literature etc.
• English Language Comprehension: The questions under this section were relatively simple and thus they should be done right at the beginning.
• Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability: The analytical ability questions were asked from familiar areas and in familiar form.
• Data Interpretation: Questions asked under this section were different from the ones that generally appear in MBA examination or in banking examination.
• Basic Numeracy: This section covered areas like arithmetic, algebra and geometry. Most of these questions required basic understanding of mathematical concepts.
• General Mental Ability : The questions under this section cover areas like sequence, series, progression, venn diagram, permutations and combination.
• Decision Making and Problem Solving: Questions falling under this section are compulsory and have no negative marking rather every option will fetch some marks, the highest being 100% and lowest being 25% (as there are 4 options for every question).

आदिम जनजातियों पर ज्यादा फोकस

मिड डे मील योजना

यह जाहिर है कि झारखंड की आदिम जनजातियों में शिक्षा की दर बेहद कम है. उनके जीवन स्तर को ऊपर उठाने के लिए यह जरूरी है कि उनमें शिक्षा का तेजी से और ज्यादा-से-ज्यादा प्रसार हो. इसलिए पहाड़िया आदिम जनजाति के छात्र-छात्रों के लिए विशेष मिड डे मील योजना चलायी जा रही है. झारखंड के कल्याण विभाग द्वारा यह योजना सभी पहाड़िया दिवा कालीन स्कूलों में चलायी जा रही है. इसके तहत एक साल में 300 दिन मध्याह्न् भोजन दिया जाता है. इस पर 10.90 रुपये प्रति छात्र प्रति दिन की दर खर्च किया जाता है. यह लाभ दिन में चलने वाले पहाड़िया स्कूलों के सभी बच्चों के लिए है.

कैसे लें योजना का लाभस्कूलों के सभी बच्चों को स्वाभाविक रूप से स्वत: दिया जाना है. इसलिए इन स्कूलों में बच्चे के नामांकन के लिए जिले के पहाड़िया जिला कल्याण अधिकारी को आवेदन दें.

साइकिल वितरण योजना
यह योजना स्कूलों में जाने और अपनी पढ़ाई जारी रखने के लिए अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अल्पसंख्यकों, और बीपीएल परिवारों की छात्रओं को स्कूल जाने और अपनी पढ़ाई जारी रखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से इस योजना को शुरू किया गया है. इसके तहत सरकार द्वारा उन्हें मुफ्त में साइकिल दी जाती है.  साइकिल वितरण से दो लाभ हो रहे हैं. एक तो घर से स्कूल की दूरी ज्यादा होने की स्थिति में पहले अभिभावकों के लिए यह परेशानी थी कि वे अपनी लड़कियों को हर दिन स्कूल कैसे भेजें? दूसरा कि खुद लड़कियों के लिए परिवहन बड़ी समस्या थी. यह समस्या इस योजना से दूर हुई है. दूसरा कि साइकिल से लड़कियों के समूह में स्कूल आने-जाने से शिक्षा को लेकर नया माहौल गांवों में बना है. इससे दूसरे लड़के और अभिभावक भी नियमित रूप से बच्चों के स्कूल जाने को लेकर जागरूक हुए हैं.

किसे मिलेगा लाभअनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अल्पसंख्यक एवं बीपीएल परिवारों की वैसी लड़कियां, जो कक्षा आठ में पढ़ती हैं और जिनका परिवार बीपीएल श्रेणी में आता है.

कैसे लें योजना का लाभइस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आप स्कूलों के प्राचार्य के माध्यम से जिला कल्याण अधिकारी को आवेदन दें. इसमें आप प्रखंड कल्याण पदाधिकारी की भी मदद ले सकते हैं.

बिरसा मुंडा आवास योजनाझारखंड में मोटे तौर पर नौ आदिम जन जातियां हैं. इस समूह में असुर, बिरहोर, बिरजिया, कोरबा, हिल खरिया, मल पहाड़िया, सौरया पहाड़िया, परहरिया, और सबर शामिल हैं. इनकी कुल संख्या  पिछले सर्वेक्षण के अनुसार 193,827 है. उनकी सबसे ज्यादा आबादी साहिबगंज  (35129) और दुमका (31550) जिलों में है, जबकि धनबाद (137) और गिरिडीह (258) के जिलों में इसकी संख्या सबसे कम है. असुर, बिरहोर और बिरजिया आदिम जनजाति समूह का जीवन स्तर ज्यादा खराब है. कुछ की स्थिति तो खानाबदोश जैसी है. इसलिए झारखंड सरकार सभी आदिम जनजाति परिवारों के लिए विशेष आवास योजना चला रही है, जिसका नाम बिरसा मुंडा आवास योजना है.

कैसे मिलता है लाभ
इस योजना का लाभ आदिम जनजाति समूह के सभी परिवारों को दिया जाना है. इसके लिए सरकार की ओर से धन लाभार्थियों के अनुपात में संबंधित जिले को भेज दी जाती है. लाभुकों का चयन जिले के मेसो परियोजना पदाधिकारी व जिला कल्याण अधिकारी द्वारा किया जाता है. आवास का निर्माण कल्याण विभाग के अधिकारियों की देखरेख में लाभार्थियों द्वारा खुद किया जाता है.

कैसे लें योजना का लाभ

इस योजना के लाभ के लिए आप अपने जिले के मेसो परियोजना कार्यालय या डीडब्लूओ कार्यालय में आवेदन कर सकते हैं.

आदिम जनजाति मुख्यमंत्री विशेष खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना
राज्य सरकार द्वारा आदिम जनजातियों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री विशेष खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना चलायी जा रही है. इसके तहत आदिम जनजातियों को नि:शुल्क अनाज उपलब्ध कराया जाता है. प्रत्येक परिवार को हर माह 35 किलोग्राम अनाज  दिया जाता है. इस योजना का लाभ पाने की शर्त बस यही है कि आप आदिम जनजातियों परिवार के हों. इसका उद्देश्य आदिम जनजाति समूह के सदस्यों को भुखमरी से बचाना है.

योजना के लिए जिम्मेवार अधिकारी
हालांकि अनाज खाद्य एवं आपूर्ति विभाग उपलब्ध कराता है, लेकिन लाभुकों का चयन और सभी आदिम जनजाति परिवारों का इस योजना के लाभ के दायरे में लाने के लिए विशेष पहाड़िया पदाधिकारी एवं जिला कल्याण अधिकारी जिम्मेवार हैं.

इस योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति की  छात्राओं  को सरकार द्वारा मुफ्त में स्कूली पोशाक दी जाती है. उन्हें नीले रंग का स्कर्ट और सफेद कमीज दी जाती है.

लाभ कैसे लें:
अगर आपको इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिला है, तो आप अपने स्कूल के प्रधानाध्यापक के माध्यम से जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी को आवेदन दे सकती हैं. इसमें प्रखंड कल्याण पदाधिकारी की भी मदद ले सकते हैं.

अनुसूचित जनजाति आयुर्वेदिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र योजनाइस योजना का उद्देश्य अनुसूचित जनजातियों के सदस्यों को मुफ्त आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना है. सरकार द्वारा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 35 आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा केंद्र संचालित किये जा रहे हैं. इस केंद्रों के माध्यम से अनुसूचित जनजातियों के सदस्यों को नि: शुल्क दवा और चिकित्सा सलाह दी जाती है. हर आयुर्वेदिक केंद्र में एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा अधिकारी और एक सहायक की तैनाती होनी है.

क्या-क्या मिलता है लाभरोगी को दवा और चिकित्सकीय सलाह मुफ्त में दी जाती है.

छात्रावास निर्माण योजनायह योजना केंद्र और राज्य दोनों के सहयोग से चल रही है. इसका उद्देश्य अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग और  अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के छात्र-छात्रों के लिए नि: शुल्क आवासीय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना है. इसके लिए छात्रावास का निर्माण होता है. छात्रावास में मुफ्त बेड, कंबल, फर्नीचर और बरतन आदि भी कल्याण विभाग को मुहैया कराना है.

Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RS-CIT) conducted by Verdhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited,".

Application Fee :

Application fee for various categories of candidates is mentioned below

• For General Candidates fee is  Rs. 350/-.
• For OBC Candidates  fee is  Rs. 250/-.
• For SC/ST/PH Candidates fee is Rs. 150/-.

How to Apply : 

Candidates need to pay the application fee through e-Mitra/CSC-Kiosks/e-mitra online Portal OR Payment to made through Net Banking.Then Candidates can apply through RPSC official website www.rpsconline.rajasthan.gov.in from 05th Aug, 2013. After submitting the application form, take a print out of its and keep it for future use.

Important Instructions for Online Application:

1. Log on to the website www.rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in or rpsconline.rajasthan.gov.in
2. Candidates have to scan their photograph, Signature and scanned before starting the online applying process.
3. Read the instructions carefully and then start the filling of application form by clicking on the next button.
4. Candidates have to fill the application form within 30 Minutes. Otherwise the session will be closed.
5. Fill all the fields otherwise it will not proceed.
6. Fill the application fee details as per their category and educational details and reproduce Security Key.
7. Next upload the file containing image of photo, DD, Signature in prescribed manner.
8. After completion candidate can click on preview button and lock. By Clicking Once on Lock changes are not possible.
9. After submission of online application candidates have to note the Registration Number.

• Starting Date of Online LDC application form : 05.08.2013.
• Last Date of Online LDC application form : 15.09.2013.
